  • What is the rental fee and what does it include?

  • What is the building capacity?

    We can accommodate up to 180 guests, including the bridal party.

  • Is there a deposit?  When are the additional payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?

    Yes. When the contract is signed, we require a $1,000 non-refundable booking fee to save your date. We have three payment options: 1)whole payment made after 5 days of signing contract, 2) half payment is made after signing contract and the other half is paid 60 days before the scheduled event, 3) personalized payment plan.

  • How do I reserve a date?

    To reserve a date, email us at events@peppersproutbarn.com saying that you are ready to book and the date. Dates are reserved by a first requested basis. To save the date, a $1,000 non-refundable booking fee must be made.

  • Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?

    We appreciate tours being scheduled in advance by appointment. You can request a tour here.

  • Will there be another wedding the same day?

    At Pepper Sprout Barn, we prioritize each couple's event by hosting only one wedding per day, ensuring a personalized and attentive experience for every celebration.

  • Do you offer straight tables instead of round? 

    We have both straight and round tables. We have enough of each styled tables to comfortable sit 180 guests.

  • What form of payment does Pepper Sprout Barn accept?

    Our preferred form of payment is check. We do accept cash, PayPal, and money orders.

  • Do you allow dogs onsite to play a part in our wedding day?

    We are dog-friendly, with a few requirements. Dogs are allows, only with pre-approval from Natalya, at the ceremony and for pictures. Animals, other than service animals, are not allowed under the roof or near food. After the ceremony, the dogs must be on a leash and someone must be responsible for them.

  • Do you include a "wedding day coordinator?"

    We do not provide a “wedding day coordinator,” but we do have our own On-Site Wedding Coordinator which you can get as an additional service. You can find her information here.

  • Can vehicles be left overnight? 

    No, vehicles cannot be left overnight. Please inform your guests of this policy.

  • Are candles allowed? 

    Yes, candles are allowed as long as the flame is completely contained in a glass vase.

  • How far in advance do you need our final headcount? 

    Two weeks before the event.
